Navigating labor and the postpartum period can come with a fair share of challenges and learning curves, but with the proper support, parents can take on their new roles with confidence. My goal as your birth or postpartum doula is to support your most immediate needs so that you can simply focus on the joy of birthing and bonding with your baby. I care for all families with empathy, warmth, and humor.
